Any waiver, any failure could generate an enormous social cost. This is a radical change that project leaders to drive over several years.<br \/>\nThe classic technical aspects of operation and planning are inadequate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>In order to optimize an urban renewal project<\/strong> :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demolition of social housing,<\/li>\n<li>Creation of new housing to rent or sale,<\/li>\n<li>Renewal of housing,<\/li>\n<li>Improvement of living
