RLB|SQA is the RLB Group’s operating entity covering France, Morocco and Luxembourg.
Present in France since 1993, in Luxembourg since 2012 and in Morocco since 2018, we have kept expanding our footprint: our 80 people are now based in 8 offices, at the heart of the territories they serve — Paris, Nice, Luxembourg, Casablanca, Réunion, Martinique, French Guiana and Mayotte.
RLB|SQA has direct representation on the group’s global Board.
Three business lines structure our practice.
Cost Management.
Estimating, budgeting, cost control and contractual management at every stage of the project. We guarantee cost certainty on the most complex programmes — nuclear, data centres, healthcare, infrastructure — by applying the group’s international standards: RICS, AACE, ICMS.
Project Management.
Managing cost, schedule, risk and quality, from briefing to commissioning. We act exclusively on the client’s side, with no design, engineering or construction activity: our independence is structural.
Technical Due Diligence.
Technical due diligence, Lender’s Technical Advisor, project review. An independent, documented opinion to secure investment decisions, in acquisition as in financing.
Our clients — public and private owners, institutional investors, operators — find on every assignment a deep understanding of their local market, backed by the standards, methods and data of the RLB group.
