Operations Manager / Assistant Project Manager
Job description
Within RLB | SQA, the Operations Manager / Assistant Project Manager works under the supervision of a Director on project management assistance (client-side / AMO) and technical advisory assignments, across the firm’s fields of expertise (construction and development).
You will work on major projects in a wide range of sectors: public facilities, high-rise buildings, offices, retail and shopping centres, airports, industrial buildings, and more.
You will support public and private clients, French and international, at every stage of their projects, within a human-scale team based in our Paris office (Courcelles Metro).
Alongside these assignments, you will take part in business development and contribute to growing RLB | SQA’s activity (client relations, tender responses, and so on).
Dynamic and entrepreneurial, with strong analytical skills and a good level of English, you are looking for a corporate culture where skills development is a reality. Thanks to the wide range of interactions our assignments generate and our firm’s international presence, we will give you the means to fully thrive.

You demonstrate great rigour and excellent organisation, and have strong interpersonal skills. You are comfortable with IT and project-management tools. Fluent English is a plus.
