“One team accountable for cost, time, risk and quality — from brief to handover.”
A complex project is never short of plans — it is short of a single point of truth. Dozens of parties, each with its own schedule, its own budget and its own interest, pull the project in dozens of directions. RLB|SQA is the party whose only interest is the owner’s: we manage your project on the client’s side (AMO), from the first brief to commissioning and handover.
WHY IT MATTERS
When cost, schedule, risk and quality are managed by different people, in different rooms, against different assumptions, they end up describing different projects. The gaps between them are where money and time are lost — quietly at first, then all at once.
Client-side project management exists to close those gaps: one team, one model, one line of accountability, from the brief to the day the building works.
WHAT WE DO
HOW WE WORK
We manage cost and time as one model. A schedule is not a calendar — it is a production plan, and every crew size, open front and crane-hour in it is a quantity paid in the budget. We keep the two aligned from the same assumptions, so the plan on paper is the project that gets built.
We price acceleration before it is chosen. Compressing a programme is rarely free, and its true cost is rarely on the site — it is in eroded productivity, crowded fronts, rework and weakened negotiating positions. We put those second-order effects on the table before the decision, not after.
WHAT YOU GAIN
A LOCAL TEAM, A GLOBAL PRACTICE
From a human-scale team based in your territory and backed by the resources of the RLB group, we bring rigour and transparency at the moments when the quality of the decision determines the outcome of the project.
