Description :
The project consists in construction of a theatre in the Sextius-Mirabeau neighbourhood.
The 11 170 m² include the 1300 seats theatre, rehearsal rooms, logistic space (performance, administration, technical), exhibition space and a plaza. The project has a strong sustainable development commitment.
