Overview :
- The main objectives of the project are to secure the buildings and the necessary transformation for their best use, while preserving the structural symbols of the original architecture.
- Conducted in four operational phases, this rehabilitation project includes :
- the upgrading of the building,
- the modernisation of production means and technologies,
- the construction of an auditorium,
- a complete redevelopment of the surroundings with the construction of an underground car park and a large landscaped courtyard
