Description : Project Brief under the ANRU agreement consist of:

    • production of 394 social housing units and apartments,
    • Construction of the 463 units via mortgage programs,
    • Refurbishment of the 636 social housing units,
    • Improvement of the residents amenity for almost all housing units – 1 339 apartments,
    • Regeneration and development of schools,
    • Development of the urban park area of 2 hectares in the hart of the district,
    • Construction of the new roads and requalification of existing roads,
    • Construction of the new services points and retail units.
    • The advisory mission to the Council and ANRU Project Office
